This package is meant for companies who are planning for ISO 9001-2008/AS9100/TS16949/ISO22000 certification.
This package shall include:

This package is meant for companies who are currently ISO 9001-1994, ISO 9001-2000/AS9100 compliance or certified and wants to transition to ISO 9001-2008 certified or transition from AS9100 to AS9100/TS16949/ISO22000 latest revision.

The ISO 9001-2008 version only introduced clarifications to the existing requirements of ISO 9001-2000. The standard ISO 9001-2008 requires the organization to document any other procedures required for its effective operations. The standard also requires the organization to issue and communicate a documented quality policy, a Quality Manual and numerous records as specified throughout the standard. other pr more emphasis on customer satisfaction and awareness of the same throughout the organization, continuous improvement, statistical analysis of customer feedbacks, management commitment and well-defined Quality Policy. In addition to these changes, ISO 9001-2008 standard also requires regular performance reviews through Internal Audits and meetings. The standard also requires Root Cause Analysis of a nonconforming process/product and use of Quality Tools( 5 WHY, Cause& Effect Diagram, 8D, Mistake Proofing, FMEA etc.) to correct the nonconforming. A company can now exclude specific requirements from the standard, provided the ISO documentation can establish that such requirements do not apply to the specific company's operations.

ISO Training: Arrange company-wide awareness training for transition from ISO 9001-1994 ISO 9001-2000 to ISO 9001-2008 and AS9100/ TS16949/ISO22000 QMS
System Development: Review of existing quality documents and implement required changes in the existing documentation

ISO-MAINT: ISO 9001/AS9100 QMS Maintenance Package

ISO 9001/AS9100 is a continuous process. A company which is already ISO certified needs to undergo periodic audits by independent registrars in order to maintain the certification. In addition, ISO requires that the quality system developed and implemented by a company be audited by internal auditors more frequently - at least twice per year per clause of ISO 9001-2008 standard. A large number of companies fail to pass repeat ISO audits after passing the initial Registration Audit.

ABC Quality Consultants can take the burden of maintaining the certification away from your staff. The ISO9001/AS9100-MAINT package includes the following:

Internal Audits: Perform Internal Audits twice a month on different quality procedures, issue Corrective Action Requests (CAR) for nonconforming processes and track resolution of the CARs
Supplier Audits: Perform in-situ audits for suppliers of the company, issue Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) for nonconforming processes and track resolution of the SCARs
Management Review Meetings: Arrange for and participate in periodic Management Review Meetings to identify problem areas and solutions to these problems

Maintaining Documentation: Update the Quality Documents per Internal Audit results and ensure that the modified process meets ISO 9100/AS9100 guideline
Periodic Audits by selected Registrar: Arrange for and render support services during periodic Audits by third party Registrars

e-ISO is a proprietary program for handling all your ISO documentation needs. e-ISO offers flexible customization of the quality documentation.

e-ISO includes complete Quality Assurance Manual, the most important component of the ISO documentation, satisfying all the requirements of ISO 9001-2008 standard. The QA manual is template-based, allowing for flexible customization of the documents according to the specific needs of the company. e-ISO also incorporates sophisticated features for tracking changes made in the QMS documentation.

e-ISO also offers scheduling, tracking and maintenance of Corrective Action Requests (CARs), Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) and audit schedules.

SixSIGMA: Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing training and certification

Both Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing processes help companies reduce waste and improve quality. While Six Sigma focuses on reducing process waste and improving process quality, Lean Manufacturing focuses on reducing cycle time. Both methodologies may be implemented in a complimentary way in several phases. An organization can start the training at any phase depending on its familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools.

Phase I- Management Awareness of Lean and Six Sigma:

  • Presentation and Demonstration to Top management team
  • Identification of Top Level Metrics and Potential Business Benefits through Interviews and Data Review
Phase II-Process Analysis:Conduct a 2-3 week Value Stream Analysis of the various operations including Product Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Internal Business Processes. At the end of this phase the deliverable is a report and presentation of opportunities and potential cost/benefits as well as preliminary solution approach to these projects.
Phase III-Implementation & Training: This phase will lead into Implementation and Training support in Lean and Six Sigma tools as required. Our Six Sigma Black Belts and Master Black Belts and Lean Experts will guide the implementation teams and provide follow through after the projects are completed. Cost estimate will be provided at the end of Phase II.
